🔄 3. Exchange Policy

Exchanges may be offered at Lalita Jewels’ sole discretion in the following cases:

The product is damaged or defective on delivery
The request is raised within 48 hours
A one-time exchange is allowed per order
Subject to stock availability
Customer is responsible for shipping costs on exchanges unless the error is on our end.

Refunds are processed only if:

The item is returned and inspected

Refunds Will:

Be issued via the original payment method within 10–15 business days
Exclude shipping fees, cash handling charges, and payment gateway fees
Be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%, in case of high-value or fragile items
For COD orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer after verification.
